Art. 251. Cuando haya menores sin representante legal en el juicio de sucesión por causas de muerte, bastara que se les nombre o que ellos nombren, según el caso, un curador ad-titem, que intervengan en nombre de los menores en todas las diligencias que se practiquen en dicho juicio.
