La legitimación pasiva. Las acciones previstas en el artículo 20, procederán contra cualquier persona cuya conducta haya contribuido a la realización del acto de competencia desleal.

Si el acto de competencia desleal es realizado por trabajadores u otros colaboradores en el ejercicio de sus funciones y deberes contractuales, las acciones previstas en el artículo 20 de esta Ley, deberán dirigirse contra el patrono.
