Solicitud. La Junta Médico Laboral podrá ser solicitada por el interesado y/o afectado o por el área de medicina laboral o su equivalente, ante las Direcciones de Sanidad o su equivalente, cuando se presenten las siguientes causales:

Cuando en la práctica de un examen de capacidad sicofísica se encuentren lesiones o afecciones que disminuyan la capacidad laboral.

Cuando exista un informe administrativo por lesiones.

Cuando la incapacidad sea igual o superior a tres (3) meses, continuos o discontinuos, en un (1) año, contado a partir de la fecha de expedición de la primera excusa de servicio total.

Cuando existan patologías que así lo ameriten.
