Instalación de estaciones de transferencia. Cuando se considere necesario ubicar una estación de transferencia la persona prestadora del servicio deberá realizar los estudios que incluyan la evaluación económica, técnica operativa, jurídica, comercial, financiera, institucional, sociocultural y de riesgos cumpliendo con la reglamentación técnica vigente para el sector y sin perjuicio de la obtención de las autorizaciones ambientales a que haya lugar.
