Pérdida De La Pensión

Decreto 1083 de 1997 · por el cual se reglamenta la pensión vitalicia para las glorias del deporte nacional

º. Pérdida de la pensión . La pensión se perderá en los siguientes casos

Cuando se demuestre que el deportista tenga un ingreso superior a cuatro (4) salarios mínimos mensuales legales vigentes.

Por muerte del deportista.

Parágrafo

En caso de pérdida de la pensión vitalicia como consecuencia de la aplicación de lodispuesto en el numeral 1, de este artículo, el deportista podrá solicitar restitución cuandonuevamente demuestre reunir el requisito establecido en el numeral 4, del artículo 2º del presente decreto.
