ARTICULO TERCERO . La incorporación de los funcionarios a la planta de personal establecida en el artículo primero del presente Decreto, se hará a partir del 3 de enero de 1994. Dichos funcionarios devengarán la remuneración que les correspondía en la anterior planta de personal, hasta el día en que tomen posesión del cargo en la nueva planta.
