° Para que a un funcionario de la Fiscalía General de la Nación le sea otorgada la condecoración mencionada deberá cumplir los siguientes requisitos: 8.1. Un tiempo mínimo de vinculación con la Fiscalía General de la Nación de un (1) año, continuo o discontinuo, y 8.2. No haber sido sancionado por ninguna de las faltas de que trata el artículo 115 del Decreto 2699 de 1991, y de las normas que lo adicionen o modifiquen.
