Art. 48. Los propietarios, por sucesión u otro título, de una obra póstuma, tienen sobre ella el derecho de autor; y podrán imprimirla separadamente o en un solo cuerpo con otras que no hayan salido del dominio privado. Pero no podrán publicarlas, so pena de perder todo derecho exclusivo, agregadas a otras obras que hayan caído ya en el dominio público.
