Responsable de las ofertas . Sin perjuicio de la garantía de seriedad de las ofertas de compra, cuando las acciones se ofrezcan a través de Bolsa de Valores, las sociedades comisionistas de bolsa responderán ante el vendedor y ante la Bolsa por la seriedad y el cumplimiento de las ofertas de compra que se presenten conforme a lo previsto en el presente decreto, así como por la veracidad de las declaraciones de sus comitentes.
