Acceso a subsidio directo. Las familias con ingresos inferiores a dos salarios mínimos legales mensuales cuyas viviendas fueron afectadas por el terremoto en los municipios definidos por el Gobierno Nacional, que no puedan acceder al crédito subsidiado podrán recibir un subsidio directo, equivalente al anterior, a cargo del Forec.
