Es obligación del Instituto Nacional de Radio y Televisión poner a disposición de la Oficina de Difusión y Prensa de cada una de las Cámaras, sendos espacios semanales de media hora, tanto en el canal nacional como en los canales locales, a fin de que aquéllas puedan informar al país sobre las actividades del Congreso.
