RETIRO POR CONDUCTA DEFICIENTE. Los Agentes de la Policía Nacional serán retirados del servicio activo por conducta deficiente, cuando dejen de asistir al servicio por más de cinco (5) días consecutivos o cuando acumulen el mismo tiempo durante el mes, sin causa justificada, sin perjuicio de la acción penal correspondiente.
