Art. 3.° Prorógase por diez meses, contados desde el dia de la publicación de la presente lei en el Diario Oficial, el término para que los individuos a quienes, ella se refiere puedan hacer sus reclamaciones.

Parágrafo

Prorógase por el mismo término el plazo señalado en el artículo 11 de la lei 67 de 1877, para presentar la relación de los suministros, empréstitos i espropiaciones de que trata dicho artículo.
