Artículo veintiocho. Para el goce de las pensiones concedida a empleados públicos que contraigan la lepra no es requisito indispensable que el beneficiado resida en una institución de aislamiento y hasta la comprobación de la autoridad sanitaria respectiva, de que está cumpliendo las disposiciones sanitarias del presente Decreto. Comuníquese y cúmplase.
