Parágrafo 2

º . Los médicos responsables de la prestación de servicios habilitados en medicina alternativa y terapias complementarias de conformidad con el Sistema Obligatorio de Garantía de la Calidad de la Atención en Salud, podrán elaborar y dispensar en sus consultorios y exclusivamente a sus pacientes, los medicamentos homeopáticos magistrales o medicamentos homeopáticos oficinales, que requiera el tratamiento prescrito.
