Artículo decimosegundo. El presente Decreto, cuya reglamentación hará el Ministerio de Educación mediante resolución, rige desde la fecha de su expedición, y modifica el Decreto número 1329 de 1958, particularmente los artículos 3º 4º, 5º 6º y7º del mismo, y deroga todas las disposiciones que le sean contrarias.
