A continuación de la última firma del registro de que habla el artículo 98, se extenderá una diligencia firmada por el Jurado y con la fecha del día, en estos términos:

"Los infrascritos miembros del Jurado de Votación número (tal), certificamos que en este registro se hallan los nombres (y firmas si fuere el caso) de los ciudadanos que hoy han votado para la elección de (aquí el nombre del empleo)".
