º. La elección se celebrará cada dos años el primer lunes hábil del mes de noviembre, durante la jornada laboral, en la sede principal de la Imprenta Nacional. Para este efecto podrán inscribirse como candidatos ante el Director de la Entidad o el funcionario en quien él delegue, las personas que cumplan con los requisitos de que trata el presente Decreto, a más tardar el día miércoles anterior a la fecha de la elección.
