Parágrafo 3

Los medicamentos homeopáticos cuyo registro sanitario se solicite bajo la modalidad de importar, acondicionar y vender deberán cumplir con los requisitos señalados para la modalidad de importar y vender. El registro sanitario bajo la modalidad de importar, acondicionar y vender se otorgará para aquellos medicamentos homeopáticos que se importen y que a nivel local realicen una de las siguientes operaciones

Envase y empaque del producto a granel;

Empaque del producto previamente envasado".
