Este Decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación y deroga todas las disposiciones que le sean contrarias y en especial los artículos 6. del Decreto 636 de 1984, 1. del Decreto 519 de 1985, 7. y 8. del Decreto 509 de 1988, 1. del Decreto 994 de 1966; el literal b) del artículo 2. de la Ley 81 de 1988, los literales d), f) y g) del artículo 23 de la Ley 81 de 1988, los artículos 31, 32, 33 y 34 de la Ley 81 de 1988; el Decreto 2611 de 1968. Se deroga en lo pertinente el artículo 101 del Decreto 444 de 1967.
