Las donaciones en favor de personas damnificadas por actividad volcánica del Nevado del Ruiz que hagan el Fondo de Reconstrucción, RESURGIR, o las entidades que laboran en la rehabilitación de las zonas afectadas por aquéllas, estarán exentas del impuesto de ganancia ocasional.
