Artículo Cuarto: Funciones de la Secretaría Técnica. La Secretaría Técnica del Consejo desarrollará las siguientes funciones

Citar a los miembros del Consejo Sectorial de Transporte a las reuniones ordinarias y extraordinarias que se programen. En caso de que el tema lo amerite, convocará a quienes se considere necesario, en calidad de invitados especiales.

Elaborar y suscribir las actas de las reuniones que efectúe el Consejo Sectorial de Transporte.

Preparar los informes que el Ministerio o el Consejo Sectorial de Transporte le solicite. f. Las demás funciones que el Consejo le asigne.
