Art. 5. ° La Cámara se reunirá en uno de los locales del Ministerio del Tesoro que ha sido destinado para ese efecto, y tiene facultad para nombrar un secretario distinto del personal que la forma y con la asignación mensual que se determinará en el Presupuesto de Gastos, en el cual quedará incluido.
