º . Campo de aplicación . El Manual Único para la Calificación de la Invalidez contenido en este decreto se aplica a todos los habitantes del territorio nacional, a los trabajadores de los sectores público, oficial, semioficial, en todos sus órdenes, y del sector privado en general, para determinar la pérdida de la capacidad laboral de cualquier origen, de conformidad con lo establecido por los artículos 38, siguientes y concordantes de la Ley 100 de 1993, el 46 del Decreto-ley 1295 de 1994 y el 5º de la Ley 361/97.
