º La Junta creada por el artículo citado anteriormente de la Ley 82 de 1925, nombrará su Tesorero, empleado que asegurará los fondos que maneje con la fianza respectiva, la cual será señalada por la Contraloría Departamental del Valle del Cauca, entidad que estudiará asimismo las cuentas de la Tesorería de la Junta.
