Pago por no utilización de servicios . Serán de cargo del causante los gastos de preparación de salas de cirugía o consultorios especializados, con base en tarifas fijadas por los establecimientos hospitalarios del Ministerio de Defensa o de la Policía Naacional, o por las clínicas particulares autorizadas, cuando sin motivo plenamente justificado el paciente deje de concurrir a la cita que se le da para una intervención quirúrgica o consulta especial.
