Plataforma para recepción de leche . La plataforma o muelle para recepción de leche deberá disponer del siguiente equipo mínimo

Transportador de cantinas, mecánico o de rodillo;

Báscula para pesar la leche o tanque de recibo de leche;

Bomba para pasar la leche al proceso de enfriamiento inicial;

Enfriador tubular, de placa, de cortina u otro autorizado por la autoridad sanitaria competente, con capacidad apropiada, de acuerdo con la velocidad de recepción de la leche que permita su enfriamiento por debajo de 10º'C. previamente al proceso de higienización.
