Art. 6.º El Poder Ejecutivo exijirá de los contratistas las fianzas i seguridades que estime convenientes i necesarias para hacer efectivas las obras de que trata esta lei, con el fin de que se dejen asegurados, para todo evento, los intereses fiscales de la Nacion ; sin cuyas seguridades no podrá otorgar las concesiones de que trata el artículo 3.º
