El Ministerio de Educación Nacional y el Servicio Nacional de Pruebas del Instituto Colombiano para el Fomento de la Educación Superior, ICFES, proporcionarán todas las orientaciones e instrucciones necesarias a las secretarías de educación departamentales, distritales y municipales y a los docentes y directivos docentes al servicio del Estado, para el cabal desarrollo de la evaluación de que trata el presente decreto.
