Son delitos relacionados con el servicio aquellos cometidos por los miembros de la Fuerza Pública en servicio activo dentro o fuera del territorio nacional, cuando los mismos se deriven directamente de la función militar o policial que la Constitución, la ley y los reglamentos les ha asignado.
