Los Secretarios, bajo una multa de uno a cinco pesos por cada contravención, deben notificar los autos y sentencias dentro de los términos señalados por la ley, haya o no papel sellado para ello.

Si no lo hay, se aplica la sanción establecida en el artículo anterior.
