º Si en los contratos de empréstito que la Junta celebre y apruebe el Gobierno Nacional, se estipulare el recibo directo por los acreedores de las cuentas periódicas, necesarias para el pago de capital e intereses, la Junta expedirá los documentos que sean del caso, a favor de los prestamistas, los cuales autorizará el Gobierno oportunamente.
