Vigencia y derogatorias. El presente Decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación y deroga en lo pertinente, a partir de la entrada en funcionamiento de la Unidad de Proyección Normativa y Estudios de Regulación Financiera (URF), el artículo 14 del Decreto 4712 de 2008.
