Del progra,ma para prevención. Toda persona natural o jurídica que se dedique a actividades de uso y manejo de plaguicidas deberá tener un programa completo para prevención y tratamiento de casos de emergencia para ser aplicado por personal debidamente capacitado. Este programa deberá ser sometido a la aprobación y control de la Dirección Seccional de Salud correspondiente.
