Autorícese al Gobierno nacional, para que dentro de los lineamientos del marco fiscal de mediano plazo, incorpore las partidas presupuestales para la remodelación, recuperación, construcción y terminación de las siguientes obras de utilidad pública y de interés social e histórico del municipio de Trinidad del departamento de Casanare: Construcción de la Catedral San Ezequiel Moreno; Terminación del Museo Ramón Nonato Pérez; Construcción del Palacio de la Cultura.
