Artículo primero. A partir del 1. º de enero de 1956, la asignación mensual de los Jueces de Circuito que desempeñen sus funciones en capital del Departamento o en Cabecera de Distrito Judicial, de los Jueces Superiores y de los Jueces de Menores, será de mil cien pesos ($ 1.100.00). Los Fiscales de Juzgado Superior devengarán igual asignación a la de los Jueces Superiores.
