El Contralor General de la República, mediante resolución, podrá asignar los cargos de la planta actual de personal a la Unidad a la que se refiere el presente decreto ley, teniendo en cuenta las necesidades del servicio, los planes, programas, procesos, proyectos y políticas de la Contraloría General de la República.
