Art. 6.º Los Jueces Superiores de Distrito Judicial conocerán, con intervención del Jurado, del delito de robo, cuando la cuantía sea ó exceda del mil pesos ($1,000); del de hurto que sea ó exceda de dos mil pesos ($2,000), y del de estafa y abuso de confianza, cuando la cuantía sea ó exceda de diez mil pesos ($10,000).
