º El imcumplimiento a lo preceptuado en el artículo lº de este Decreto será sancionado conforme a lo previsto en los artículos 1º y 2º del Decreto 3664 de 1986 y su juzgamiento corresponde, en primera instancia, a los Jueces Especializados a que se refieren los Decretos 1806 de 1985 y 466 de 1987, cuando se trate de armas de uso privativo de las fuerzas Militares, y, a los Jueces del Circuito, en los demás casos.
