Mientras se construyen los edificios propios para las escuelas que contemplan el proyecto, para cuya ejecución se autoriza ampliamente al Gobierno, este procederá a tomar en arrendamiento los locales adecuados, y que a su juicio reúnan las condiciones para la prestación de este servicio.
