En los estatutos que acuerden los Bancos hipotecarios, consagrarán en principio la contracción de votos, de manera que una acción represente un voto hasta cien acciones, y después cada diez acciones representarán un voto, sin contar fracciones de decena, ni permitir la acumulación de votos de accionistas miembros de una misma familia hasta el segundo grado de afinidad y cuarto de consanguinidad, ni de socios comerciales o civiles.
