° El producido de las Aduanillas se invertirá en su totalidad en gastos de conservación. Para la conservación de la vía en el Departamento de Santander se destina el 5 0 por 100 del producto de la Aduanilla de Chiquinquirá; un 2 5 por 100 para gastos de la misma naturaleza en el Departamento de Cundinamarca, y el 25 por 100 restante para los mismos gastos en el Departamento de Boyacá.
