En un término no mayor de noventa (90) días, contados a partir de la vigencia de este Decreto, el Departamento Administrativo de Servicios Generales procederá a proveer de locales al Instituto de Cultura Hispánica y al Instituto Caro y Cuervo, con el fin de que la Biblioteca y Archivo Nacionales, pueda utilizar aquella parte del edificio ocupado en la actualidad por dichas instituciones.
