Adiciónase el inciso final del artículo 83, así:

Igualmente podrá el Instituto en las parcelaciones en que las condiciones físicas, de cultivo, las económicas de los adjudicatarios o el valor de las inversiones lo requieran, a juicio de la Junta Directiva, fijar en el respectivo reglamento un plazo de amortización superior al de quince (15) años.

También podrá fijar la Junta Directiva, con la aprobación del Gobierno, la ampliación de los plazos de las obligaciones vigentes en aquellas parcelaciones donde fenómenos de cultivos económicos o de mercadeo, lo hagan indispensable.
