° La suma de que trata el artículo anterior será manejada por una Junta integrada así: un miembro nombrado por el Gobierno Nacional, un miembro nombrado por el Obispo, y tres por el Consejo Municipal.

Parágrafo

Será Tesorero de la Junta Municipal, quien deberá prestar caución ante la Contraloría General de la República, entidad a la cual rendirá sus cuentas.
