Quienes estén en comisión de servicios en otra entidad, serán evaluados y calificados por la entidad donde prestan el servicio, con base en el sistema que rija para los empleados de la Unidad Administrativa Especial Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales, DIAN, remitiendo a esta una copia de la evaluación.
