° Los permisos, refrendaciones, certificados y matriculas de que habla el citado Decreto número 66 serán expedidos y firmados por el Director General de Aviación y ante éste deben hacerse las comprobaciones que exige el mismo Decreto, sin perjuicio de las atribuciones de competencia de la Junta Asesora de Aviación, según el Decreto número 1683 de 1934.
