Art. 1.° Los Magistrados Principales de la Corte Suprema de la Justicia mayores de sesenta años que no fueron nombrados con aquel carácter para el periodo que principia el 1° de mayo del corriente, gozarán de una pensión vitalicia de ochenta pesos oro ($80,00) pesos mensuales, que se consideraran incluidos en el respectivo presupuesto de gastos nacionales de cada vigencia.
