° Socios. Serán accionistas iniciales de la sociedad, la Empresa Colombiana de Petróleos, Ecopetrol, Carbones de Colombia S. A. Carbocol, el Instituto Nacional de Investigaciones Geológico-Mineras, Ingeominas, el Instituto de Asuntos Nucleares, IAN, y la compañía Carbones del Oriente S. A., Carboriente S. A., pero podrán participar otras entidades de capital estatal de acuerdo con el artículo 1° de la Ley 2ª de 1990.
