Adicionar el siguiente

Parágrafo

al artículo 21 del Decreto 4299 de 2005, el cual será del siguiente tenor: “

Parágrafo 10

El distribuidor minorista a través de estación de servicio automotriz y fluvial ubicado en zona de frontera podrá abastecer al consumidor final ubicado en su jurisdicción y para el efecto deberá respaldar los despachos con una factura de venta, en la cual aparezca claramente detallados el combustible, volumen, origen y destino. Dicha factura debe mantenerse a disposición de cualquier autoridad competente que la requiera”.
